        package prices it by the session. sauna_cost() amortizes the
        gear over the sessions you actually take, adds the electricity
        line most buyers skip, and prints the visit count where the
        gear finally beats paying per visit elsewhere - or says plainly
        when usage never closes the gap. Companion to the protocol-cost
